Recently, the audit team of Xiamen Bourns Sensors Co., Ltd. visited Dongguan Orienson Hardware & Electric Co., Ltd. to carry out a special on-site process audit. Technical, quality and project principals from both sides attended the site, conducting comprehensive inspections and in-depth exchanges on core aspects including production process control, operation of automated production lines, quality standards for components, inspection and control systems, as well as delivery assurance capacity.
The audit team went deep into the production workshop of Dongxun Orienson to inspect key processes such as precision hardware stamping, forming processing and on-line testing. They carefully reviewed process documents, quality records and product reliability test data, and verified item by item the production specifications, dimensional accuracy control and surface cleanliness requirements for precision hardware components supporting sensors. The audit team spoke positively of Orienson Hardware’s sound quality management system, standardized process control and supporting conditions for automated intelligent manufacturing.
During the exchange meeting, both sides held thorough discussions on technical requirements, process optimization plans and sample promotion schedules for hardware parts matched with sensor assemblies.
