Good News: First Batch of Products for Guangzhou ASENSING and Honeywell Mold Project Successfully Delivered and Certified

Recently, the first batch of products manufactured by our company for the mold project jointly developed by Guangzhou ASENSING and Honeywell (Honeywell) has been officially delivered and passed joint certification in one go. All precision, reliability, and appearance specifications meet automotive-grade and international high-end manufacturing standards, laying a solid foundation for future in-depth collaboration.

This project simultaneously supports ASENSING's intelligent driving high-precision positioning components and Honeywell’s industrial-grade precision components, involving complex product structures, stringent accuracy requirements, and rigorous process control. Since project initiation, our team has strictly followed the IATF 16949 quality management system, implementing closed-loop control across the entire process—from mold design and material selection to precision molding and inspection—effectively ensuring stability and consistency of delivered parts.

Thanks to our strong technical expertise, stable manufacturing capabilities, and efficient project management, the initial sample delivery passed customer certification on the first attempt, earning unanimous recognition from both ASENSING and Honeywell’s technical teams.
