(hereinafter referred to as "Hi-Target"). This cooperation not only represents the continuation of trust between the two parties in the field of precision manufacturing, but also marks that Orienson's mold technology capabilities have been highly adapted to the high-end needs of the Beidou high-precision positioning industry, laying a solid foundation for the expansion of their cooperation scenarios in 2026.
As a leading enterprise in China's Beidou high-precision positioning field, Hi-Target has continuously made breakthroughs in multiple tracks in recent years, including surveying and mapping geographic information, intelligent driving, and geological monitoring. Its independently developed core products such as GNSS observation equipment and Inertial Measurement Units (IMU) have been widely applied in major projects such as Yunnan geological disaster monitoring, Geely intelligent driving platforms, and Cambodia's land planning. These applications place strict requirements on the precision, stability, and durability of supporting components. The hardware mold project for which Orienson won the bid this time is precisely to provide manufacturing support for the key structural parts of Hi-Target's core equipment, directly affecting the operational reliability of terminal products in complex environments.
Orienson's ability to stand out from the competition stems from its technical accumulation accumulated over nearly 20 years of deep cultivation in the precision manufacturing field. Since its establishment in 2000, the company has built a full-chain service capability from mold design to mass production. In the field of hardware stamping molds, Orienson has provided long-term supporting services for international giants such as ABB and Emerson by virtue of its micron-level processing precision and customized development capabilities, and its products have been verified in high-end manufacturing scenarios such as aviation and medical care. For the technical breakthroughs in Hi-Target's project this time, the Dongxun team has optimized the mold's cavity structure and material selection plan in combination with the lightweight and anti-interference characteristics of Beidou equipment, enabling efficient mass production and quality control of core components.
"The global layout and technological ambition of Hi-Target in the Beidou application field are highly consistent with Orienson's development concept of 'empowering high-end industries through precision manufacturing'," said a person in charge of Orienson. This cooperation will focus on the high-precision delivery and rapid response capabilities of molds. Through modular production processes, the delivery cycle will be shortened to ensure that it meets the demand for accelerated release of Hi-Target's existing orders. It is disclosed that Hi-Target's existing orders in the first half of 2024 alone increased by more than 130% year-on-year, and businesses such as intelligent driving and geological disaster monitoring are in the period of capacity release.
Looking ahead to 2026, the cooperation between the two parties is expected to be further upgraded. Orienson plans to take this project as an entry point to deeply participate in the pre-research and development stage of Hi-Target's new products. In response to the technological trends of Hi-Target's IMU products, such as miniaturization and on-board antenna integration, Orienson will lay out customized mold solutions in advance. At the same time, relying on Hi-Target's customer resources in fields such as water conservancy, energy, and intelligent equipment, Dongxun will further expand the industry application boundaries of precision molds, realizing the transformation from a "supporting supplier" to a "strategic partner".
