For example, its bent products can meet the precision control requirement of a bending angle of ±0.5°, with flatness reaching below 0.03mm; through the fine blanking process, fine-blanked parts can achieve stamping effects such as no collapsed corners, fully bright cross-sections, and no burr trimming. The surface roughness of fine-blanked parts can be controlled within 0.3μm, and the positional and dimensional accuracy can be maintained within 0.01mm. These technological advantages have enabled Orienson to stand out among numerous competitors and successfully gain Hi-Target’s recognition.
